Additive for electrolytic nickel-iron alloy plating

TOP FENICK LFS

Additive for electrolytic nickel-iron alloy plating

Currently, not only electric vehicle, but also gasoline-powered vehicles are equipped with various electronic devices such as vehicle navigation systems, electronic toll collection systems, and trip recorders. Electronic devices may malfunction or fail due to the effects of electromagnetic noise generated by various electrical products and electronic devices. High-frequency electromagnetic waves can be reflected by electromagnetic shielding materials such as copper and aluminum. However, low-frequency electromagnetic waves, which are easily generated by motors and other devices, are difficult to shield. We have developed a new additive for nickel-iron alloy plating to produce low-frequency electromagnetic wave shielding layers.

Product features, specifications

TOP FENICK LFS is a nickel-iron alloy plating additive used to counteract low frequency (magnetic field) interference. Conventional additives have the problem that the alloy ratio of nickel and iron varies and trivalent iron ions precipitate when the plating solution is used for a long period of time. This product provides a stable alloy ratio of 80 wt% nickel and 20 wt% iron over a wide range of current densities. TOP FENICK LFS is ideal for the development of inverters, sensors, motors and wireless power transmission for automobiles.
