Aluminum coloring and dyeing treatments on anodized aluminum can be easily discovered around you on smartphones, computers, audio players, headphones, cameras. However, the coloring and the dyeing is conducted using organic dyes that can be gradually decomposed and fade due to ultraviolet rays. Product features, specifications
Protector HB-LTC2 is the colored hard coating that is excellent in corrosion resistance and weather resistance. The colored coat on aluminum can be formed by a low-temperature heat treatment (100°C) for 20 minutes. This technology is based on our Protector series (silica-based thin-film coating solutions), which provides high insulation and corrosion resistance by small thickness.
By adding coloring pigments into the transparent silica-based solutions, the color coating with high corrosion and weather resistance come available. This product can be used for anodized aluminum and aluminum die-casting parts. By a wide range from three basic colors, it is possible to reach ideal designs of gardening tools, benches, tables, doors and other exterior products.
