  • 9: Dielectric constant ; We have adoped the analysis by an impedance measuring equipment at a room-temperature, with 1MHz
  • 10: Migration test ; Applying an interdigitated array pattern (electrodes) on an alumina substrate, then we operate an overcoat. After putting the sample into a pressure cooker, hold them for 96 hours at 121℃, two atmospheric pressure, with 95 % of humidity and 50-volt direct current. Next, measuring insulation resistance of each treated sample.
  • 11: Water resistance ; We have evaluated the water resistance of each product by using the following samples; sample A the dispersion comprising one product and water, sample B the finished glass frits after drying.
  • 12: Acid resistance ; After firing treated sample pieces, we have dipped the samples into 10 % by volume of sulfuric acid solution. Then, we have kept the sample in the solution for two hours (at 25℃) and two hours (at 50℃) respectively. Taking the sample from the solution, we have determined the sample weight to find the weight loss by dipping. The weight loss is indicated by volume percentage.
  • 13: Alkali resistance ; After firing treated sample pieces, we have dipped the samples into 4 % by weight of sodium hydoxide solution. Then, we have kept the sample in the solution for two hours (at 25℃) and two hours (at 50℃) respectively. Taking the samples from the solution, we have determined the sample weight to find the weight loss by dipping. The weight loss is indicated by volume percentage.
